Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Revenue Strategy and Operations roadmap and delivery, and contribute to planning all future platform initiatives
- Designs, implements, planning, and budgeting processes. Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning and budgeting used by the GTM organization. Ensures planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within Alteryx.
- Provides leadership to the GTM organization, and counsel to the GTM leadership team, in implementing GTM organization objectives that reflect Alteryx business objectives.
- Partner with GTM sales management to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
- Responsible for the optimal deployment of GTM personnel. Makes recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity.
- Works closely with senior GTM leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs to ensure sales organization success.
- Ensures sales reports and other intelligence is provided to the sales organization and develops new reporting tools and dashboard KPI's needed for measurement
- Oversees sales compensation plan administration. Establishes sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- BS/BA required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of work experience required; project experience in Sales Operations for Tech/Saas companies OR equivalent experience in the Enterprise Software Industry
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- 10+ years of experience in managing and developing people ideally
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive management.
- Able to prioritize requests based on importance and timing for key decision making events
- Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations
