Who we're looking for

Toyota's Human Resources Training & Learning Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Analyst - Training and Executive Development.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support training and learning efforts to deliver talent development solutions to our enterprise and executive audiences.

Reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, the person in this role will support the HR Training & Learning team's objective to enable and support team member learning & development through experience, exposure, and education.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver and kaizen Executive New Hire Onboarding programs
  • Support Non-Executive New Hire Onboarding
  • Lead executive development programs in collaboration with Toyota Talent Development; Including championing academic partnerships, coordinating logistics, and owning communication and facilitation
  • Coordinate various Training & Learning and Talent Development programs and content libraries and facilitate training as needed
  • Assist with training content design and development (ILT, WBT, VILT, Blended, Video, etc.)
  • Support special projects as needed (e.g. broader Training and Learning initiatives).

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Training and Development, Organization Development, or Talent Development
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Experience designing strategies or projects for training, learning, and/or talent development
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
  • Instructional Design experience and knowledge
  • Basic visual design experience and experience w/ building and editing SharePoint sites (Will create basic, professional training solutions, comms materials, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build consensus with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience with executive development programs
  • eLearning and course development experience
  • JKK and TBP course and project completion
  • Experience working with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC)
