Asa has been with the TM for 20+ years. He has a background in construction and is the Amenity and Special Projects manager where he builds amenities and manages special projects. He recently joined the Build-to-Rent Division (Yardly) as an Area Construction Manager to help Yardly get started.
Julie Aragona
Land Analyst, Build to Rent
Julie supports the Regional VP and Project Managers from project-buying through construction and has been with TM for 9 years. She was selected as the inaugural team member for the TM Living award. She’s grateful to work for a company who truly embraces Loving the internal and external customer.
Kevin LaRue
Finance Manager, Joint Ventures
Kevin is a recently promoted Finance Manager of Joint ventures at Taylor Morrison. He previously served as land acquisition manager for 2.5 years and closed numerous land transactions including two joint ventures, which he is now overseeing.

Angel oversees the daily operations from dirt to finish with over 20 years industry experience. He builds each home as if it were his own, enjoying the daily interactions with subcontractors and homeowners as their dream home is built, and the relationships gained along the way.

Lisa oversees the day-to-day operations in the Southern California Division to ensure all Taylor Morrison team members are working together to acquire land, build houses and provide homes for our customers.

Rich is a construction management professional. He started 24 years ago with hopes to build a home for his family. He ended up with the most rewarding career he could imagine. Now he gets to build careers for employees and couldn’t feel more blessed to have started this journey when he did.

Stacy coaches, develops, and implements construction processes to maximize divisional performance, optimize cycle time, and manage work distribution. She liaises between departments to ensure critical milestones are met.
