As a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Strada's Europe's recruitment, you would be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in all offices across Southern Europe.
Our business is continuously growing and therefore the recruitment successes are essential. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and of course with HR and Line Managers. As we work in an international environment, you will also cooperate with other HR teams across the globe.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process
- Work closely with line managers to create job descriptions
- Maintain and update the Recruitment Information System
- Screen CV's, invite & interview candidates
- Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practice, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring manager
- Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and jobsites
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other events

Candidate Profile
- University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc)
- 2 to 5 years (in-house) recruitment experience, preferably with high volume recruitment
- Outgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English .
- Any other European language is welcomed.
- Ability to work independent of direct supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business
