The Senior Manager of Change Management will be responsible for leading and managing strategic change initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives. This role will ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, minimizing resistance, and maximizing employee adoption. The Senior Manager will apply structured change management methodologies and frameworks to drive successful transformations within the HR function. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in change management methodologies and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation efforts. This is a hands-on role that also requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Change Management Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with overall HR Strategy.
- Identify potential risks and resistance points and develop strategies to address them.
- Create actionable deliverables for change management levers including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of change management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations regarding change initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful change adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management best practices.
Communication and Training •
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about change initiative.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adopt changes.
- Ensure that communication and training efforts are aligned with overall change management strategies.
Impact Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct impact analyses to assess the effects of changes on the organization and its employees.
- Track and report on the progress and effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on change management activities, outcomes, and key metrics.
Change Management Execution
- Apply structured change management methodologies, such as Prosci's ADKAR model or CCMP frameworks, to manage the people side of change.
- Lead change management activities including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
- Develop and implement reinforcement mechanisms to sustain changes and ensure long-term adoption.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within change management practices.
- Share lessons learned and best practices with the HR transformation team to enhance future change initiatives.
Minimum Education and Experienced Required
- • Bahelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years in change management, organizational development, or a similar role, preferable within HR
- Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives in large, complex organizations

Pay Range: $110-140K base pay plus bonus
Hours 8am to 5pm
