Overview
This position performs a wide range of administrative and staff support duties at an advanced complexity level. Coordinates special projects for a department, including reporting, budget monitoring, and developing timelines and meeting agendas. Enhances workflow by assisting with documentation, communication, and scheduling. Interfaces with all levels of leadership and associates within assigned business unit. Receives and responds to correspondence. Prepares reports, maintains files, and performs other duties as related to administration. Acts as a department liaison or resource through knowledge of daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Support - Responsible for proactive administrative, logistical, and technical support (including but not limited to Teams channel management and SharePoint organization), assessing and resolving issues that affect daily operations. Ensures functionality and accessibility of office equipment, supplies, and facilities. Coordinates special projects associated with business management activities and acts as a department representative within the Bank as necessary and appropriate.
- Documentation - Prepares and maintains a variety of records, performing activities including copying, printing and filing. Provides complex reporting and data management to track key department factors, identifying discrepancies and trends. May create presentations or other items to assist in business goals.
- Coordination - Maintains department calendars and schedules for the Chief Operational Risk Officer (CORO), Operational Risk Management Senior Directors, Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers reporting into the CORO. Coordinates meetings, travel plans, and other events effectively, arranging all necessary logistics, materials and supports expense reporting for the ORM leadership. Coordinates with the Executive and Administrative assistants throughout the company as necessary. Collaborates successfully with management and associates in completion of daily administration duties.
- Communication - Develops and disseminates written communications to the department employees upon request. Maintains open and positive communication when receiving, answering, and directing department correspondence.

Bachelor's degree in English, or other liberal arts areas of study, and 10 years of experience in administrative support.

The base pay for this position is generally between $60,000.00 and $75,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
