Description and Requirements

The Field Sales Effectiveness coordinator will triage, research, educate, liaise and monitor the quality and effectiveness of sales processes based on the feedback provided by the field and State. S/he will work in tandem with the field Sales leaders to facilitate new hire training. S/he will focus on quality control for both growth and service improvement. S/he will identify issues and recommend solutions to support business decisions as well as collaborate with sales managers to assist with facilitating and managing special projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor community office management coverage and support field sales managers to provide adequate coverage for the community offices
  • Oversee all community offices inventories to replenish the supplies including kitchen condiment, marketing collateral and site display
  • Monitor daily production call- in and support the field Sales managers to evaluate weekly and monthly production report to recommend coaching methods based on relevant evaluation data
  • Work hand in hand with the field Sales managers to provide supporting documentations for coaching memo
  • Work with Sales Engagement manager to conduct refresher training on Salesforce, Eckoh, Twilio, NowPow, etc., as needed. Support and review refresher training materials and job aids
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, develop and implement effective refresher training curriculums
  • Conduct weekly BOB auditing for enrollment submission
  • Collaborate with PHSP team lead to improve member experience by assisting field sales manager to facilitate quality improvement coaching based on application auditing result
  • Work with cross functional department stakeholders on various internal projects deployment support and processes
  • Recommend and implement improvements as well as develop business processes to optimize current field operations workflow for PHSP growth team
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good coaching skill
  • Minimum 5 years field experience on management
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks with a proactive, flexible approach to all field reps back on their availability schedule
  • Experience using Microsoft word including formatting, copy/pasting and using grammar/spell check.
  • Excel or other spreadsheet software experience to create information reports requiring the use of edit, sort/filter and format data/print range
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing while demonstrating good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
  • Ability to work as needed before/after hours, weekends and holidays on a rotating on-call schedule.

Hiring Range:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $67,200 - $97,155
  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $59,800 - $88,910

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
