Responsibilities: • Determine training needs and develop training programs and materials for operations teams • Serve as liaison for key business units and team members • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of training initiatives • Implement and manage training programs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness • Conduct training sessions and workshops to train employees on new processes and systems • Evaluate the success of training programs and make recommendations for improvement Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for operations teams • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
