Are you an ambitious and proven finance professional looking for a new opportunity in the Finance industry? Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager to join our world-class team. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the construction and management of budgets, as well as the preparation of business reviews for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly business reviews for high-level executives, ensuring timely delivery
• Conduct weekly forecast reviews for Regional and Global boards
• Provide financial support to local and regional commercial teams
• Manage and control Opex and HC
• Support CAPEX requests in the AR system
• Ensure adherence to corporate practices and rules in the development of controls and reports
• Foster connections and relationships between divisions outside of Brazil
• Use BI tools, Hyperion, and JDEdwards for analysis.
• Successfully implement an inclusive environment

• Proactive with strong analytical thinking skills
• Resilient and adaptable to change
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
