Based in either the UK or Germany and sitting within our Workplace Services Function, the European Fleet Manager will be responsible for the management of TJX Europe's external fleet providers ensuring that all services provided meet the needs of the associates and the company both operationally and commercially.
You will lead 1 direct report and selected specialist service partners, in delivering a full range of fleet services across TJX Europe. The European Fleet Manager will work closely with associates and stakeholders from across TJX Europe including global teams, to continuously evolve the operating structure. You will be the subject matter expert to shape our TJX fleet programs so that they are aligned to the unique TJX values and fit our culture.
Key Accountabilities
• Support the definition and evolution of the fleet business strategy
• Plan, manage and direct the overall continuous improvement program and activities of the fleet strategy
• Ensure the delivery of Workplace Services Management services are to a high standard
• Performance Management to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across all aspects of the Workplace Services function
• Focus on quality-of-service delivery
• Cross functional working to support best practice and compliance
• Management and reporting of yearly budgets supported by Finance business partner
• Manage the development of fleet contracts in close collaboration with GS&P
• Contribute to the Environmental & Sustainability focus for TJX
Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience of fleet management in a Corporate, automotive industry or Fleet provider
• Experience of managing budgets
• Proven experience of developing people and Performance Management
• Demonstratable experience or engaging & partnering with Senior Business leader
• Working knowledge of developing KPI's and SLA's for service providers
• Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring unparalleled service delivery to our valued partners
• Proven experience of developing people and Performance Management
