LocaliQ is hiring a Communications Support Specialist to join our team. This role will have two lenses: directly supporting the Director of Communications to execute communications initiatives and responding to RFPs in collaboration with digital sales teams.
In this role, you will support initiatives for the Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) organization by executing tasks associated with moving revenue-generating projects forward, including creating written communications for sales and services teams (decks, emails, one-sheets, etc.), curating and creating RFP responses, and building operational collateral that empowers sales operations, sales, and services teams.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, has extensive experience preparing RFP proposals, is an enthusiastic self-starter, detail and process-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment. They are organized, efficient, and ready to be a part of a dynamic team that includes specialists from across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute communications and sales operations projects as directed
- Produce documentation and materials (ex: presentation decks, FAQs, guides, internal communications) to be used across the DMS organization
- Assist with client-facing communication development and execution
- Resolve problems by investigating historical data and maintaining knowledge of team initiatives
- Respond to RFPs and coordinate the RFP response process in collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or similar field
- 2+ years experience in business communications, customer service, operations, or related field
- 2+ years experience preparing RPF Proposals
- Digital Marketing Acumen and experience
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in key Microsoft 365 or GSuite products, MailChimp, Pardot, etc.
- Ability to balance long-term projects and day-to-day sales enablement responsibilities.
- Technologically savvy
- Fast learner

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $80,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
