What you will do:

PGIM Fixed Income is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team assistant to provide administrative support for the wider London Team.

What you can expect:

  • Support Fixed Income lawyers, Risk team and Operations team; meeting support, diary management, coordinating international travel and invoicing
  • Cover support for the High Yield and CLO team; travel, expenses, printing & binding
  • General London Office Administration and general EMEA Team support across the floor including ordering stationary and printer toners, managing meeting room calendars, updating floor plans and organizational charts
  • Complete onboarding and offboarding checklists for joiners and leavers
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to log and process weekly invoices
  • Assist with signing contracts, NDAs and other documents through DocuSign
  • Cover for other EA roles across Fixed Income
  • Administer meetings and minutes for the EMEA Culture Council
  • Build strong relationships with all employees in the London Fixed Income business
