Why the Accounts Receivable team?

What will you be doing?
The AR Processor role would entice the problem solver. If you like doing puzzles, mastering a rubix cube, or doing room escapes, you would enjoy the challenges that come with this role. It can be very rewarding to identify an issue, accept the challenge to fix it, and ultimately get the invoice out the door correctly to ensure customer delight
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate submission of invoices to our Customers via multiple methods
- Review payment status of invoices on Customer portals
- Modify customer invoices to meet specific requirements
- Coordinate with Operations & AR Specialists to research and resolve invoice issues
- Communicate with AR Specialists on invoice submission status
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ year of relevant business experience preferred
- Oracle knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite skills required
- Demonstrate customer focus (internal and external)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the business preferred
- Personal time management skills and organization
- A high level of integrity, positive energy and a commitment to preserving the company core values and culture
- A strong team player with evidence of professional maturity and self-confidence
- Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture
